The Opportunity:
We’re looking for dedicated 1st Shift Forklift Operators (Sit-Down Forklift) to join our dynamic team at our 245 Manor Avenue facility.

• Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM
• Work 38.5 hours and get paid for 40!
• Occasional overtime may be required.

What You’ll Do:

As a key player in our operations, you’ll:

• Stage completed pallets for shipment at dock doors.
• Load finished pallets onto designated trailers.
• Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and in pristine condition.
• Utilize RF scanning technology to streamline order selection.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with plant management and contribute to operational success.

• Stable employment record preferred.
• Firm Starting Rate:  $18.00 per hour / with possible rate increase after successful 60-Day Introductory Period.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years as a Sit-Down Forklift Operator (pallet jacks/reach trucks don’t count).
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in RF scanning equipment.
• Excellent math, reading, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

 Job Type: Full-time

Pay:   $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
