Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team at a CMS 5-Star rated senior living community located on St Joe Road near I-469 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This OTA will work with diverse populations – including assisted/independent living, memory care, short term rehab, and long-term care -- addressing their unique therapeutic needs. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our seniors by fostering their physical health, independence, and overall well-being.

 

· This is a full-time position at 30 – 40 hours per week.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.


Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
