Innovation and the pursuit of excellence are at the heart of our values, and our 330 employees contribute to the factory's success daily.Your challengeEnsure the daily execution of the production plan, adhering to the standards (Quality, Safety, Ergonomics, Environment, Performance) defined in the factory's management system.Manage and develop the team to achieve the defined objectives for safety, hygiene, ergonomics, orderliness-tidiness-cleanliness, quality, and efficiency of tools and costs.Develop the team according to the objectives to be achieved through information, training, individual interviews, and improvement proposals. Develop team autonomy.Ensure compliance with Production Unit standards and involve teams in their improvement.Monitor objectives and successfully implement action plans, controlling their effectiveness at the packaging line level.Optimize team organization and coordinate all resources (human and technical means) with short-term planning to ensure production.Perform essential management acts (daily team leadership, conducting workshop meetings, supervision tours, and daily meetings).Present workshop objectives and results, ensure upward and downward information flow, etc.Involve operators, technicians, and the technical leader to obtain improvement proposals in the areas of safety (SIO), quality, and tool efficiency.Facilitate improvement groups (e.g., TPM) while respecting Group methodologies (EOS) to improve the reliability, efficiency, and flexibility of the production unit and its teams.Your profileEngineering or management degree completed with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience (unionized environment an asset).Available for the evening shift (2:30 PM to 10:30 PM).Acts as a business partner with different departments.Ensures products are available in line with the Operational Excellence policy.Shares and encourages Best Practices.Analyzes and uses performance indicators for continuous improvement.Knowledge of quality, safety, and industrial hygiene rules.Values and implements innovative ideas.Excellent spoken and written communication in French/English.We are committed to ensuring inclusive recruitment processes and to promoting the hiring and advancement of every candidate in an ethical and equitable manner.
