With a focus on our Core Values of Integrity, Internally Driven, Fun, and Respect, the Temporary Recruiter is responsible for networking with and recruiting healthcare professionals to ensure project needs are staffed with outstanding employees in a timely manner.
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
- Sourcing employees for specific assignments using various job posting/search mediums
- Creatively network and use social media to contact/search for applicants
- Proactively contact and follow up with both active and passive candidates
- Coordinate and communicate onboarding, scheduling, and compliance details between candidates and client facilities
- Conduct initial screening applications and resumes, interviewing candidates, complete reference checks
- Evaluate and recommend candidates for hire
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws
- Documentation of confidential information per HIPAA standards
- All other tasks and duties as assigned
Here's What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (orally and written)
- Personable and professional
- Strong, competitive, and goal-oriented nature
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to retain information and can independently work independently as well as in a team setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to ask and answer open-ended questions
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem solving
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates level or higher education in business, sales, marketing, or another related field (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Previous sales experience (preferred)
- Previous experience in a staffing or recruitment setting or position (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as necessary
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time
- Occasionally move throughout office environment
- Continually observe information/data both on paper and electronically at a close range/distance
- Continually operate computer and other electronic office equipment
Compensation/Benefits Information:
- The base salary range for this role is $25/per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above.
