Homeoffice Part-Time Student Education Marketing Assistant at Moody Bible Institute

Objective
Under the direct supervision of the Education Marketing Manager, this position is responsible for assisting marketing related to Moody Online. The position will be responsible for creating content like videos, social media posts, and web stories for the purpose of promoting Moody Online across social channels, on the moody.edu website and in other marketing avenues. They will also assist with supporting other marketing efforts like conference presence or paid advertising by coordinating with teams across the Education department and MSC.
Essential Functions
- This individual is responsible for creating social media content.
- Develop system of receiving content from students, faculty, and education team members for use across Moody social channels.
- Schedule content in social media scheduling software.
- Implement review process for social media post to ensure accuracy and branding alignment.
- Responsible for Content Calendar in Coordination with the Strategic Comms team.
- Coordinate with Education Marketing, Moody Online and Strategic Communications on Content Calendar.
- Keep Moody Online social calendar updated
- Give strategic input into what is working on social to inform future content decisions.
- Manage projects with MSC for related content, graphic and image needs.
- Reporting on Moody Online Social Channels
- Determine which social metrics should be reported on
- Set cadence for social media reporting
- Present reports to Education Marketing, Moody Online, and Strategic Communications as needed.
- Attend and participate in regular team meetings with Education Marketing, Online Education, MSC, etc. as needed.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Work Environment/Conditions
This job operates in a hybrid function and a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This is a part-time position: Monday through Friday, Hours will vary.
