Qualifications & Experience:π What Youβll Be Doing
π§ββοΈ Lead by example on the retail floor β coaching, mentoring, and inspiring your team.
π¬ Deliver excellent guest service while hitting KPIs and driving revenue through retail performance.
π§ Train, onboard, and develop new team members β ensuring everyone is safety- and service-ready.
π Assist with inventory management, product ordering, merchandising, and visual displays.
π Track and report key metrics like inventory levels, dwell time, and guest spending habits.
π Help build and maintain a positive, fun, and guest-obsessed team culture.
π Rotate into Duty Manager shifts β overseeing full attraction operations as needed.
π§Ή Keep the retail space sparkling clean, fully stocked, and visually engaging at all times.
π‘ Contribute ideas, recognize innovation, and celebrate wins β big or small!
π οΈ Resolve guest concerns on the spot and follow through with service recovery.
π Drive team performance with personal development plans, incentives, and regular feedback.
π£οΈ Communicate clearly and consistently with your team and leadership.
π§ What You Bring to the Team
β High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
ποΈ 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience (attractions, entertainment, or theme parks = a big plus!)
πͺ Confident in high-pressure situations β cool, calm, and collected under pressure.
π£οΈ Strong communication and people management skills.
π» Comfortable with POS systems, computer tools, and reporting software.
𧩠Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
πΌ Passion for developing talent and driving team success.
π― Sales-savvy with a guest-first attitude!

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll champion a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by:
Monitoring compliance with all health & safety standards.
Leading risk assessments and daily safety checks.
Reporting and investigating incidents via the MIDAS system.
Training your team in safe operating procedures β and holding them accountable.
Following all Merlin Entertainments Group policies and best practices.
β° Availability & Working Conditions
Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and during peak periods.
This role is floor-based β lots of standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and interacting with guests.
Must be comfortable working in varied conditions (temperature, lighting, sound, etc.)
