About the Role

We’re looking for a Workday HCM Analyst to join our Enterprise Product Management team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in configuring and enhancing Workday across core modules including Human Capital Management (HCM), Absence, Recruitment, Performance, and Talent Management. This is a perfect role for someone who has experience with Workday

You’ll work closely with the internal Workday Team to deliver fixes and improvements that align with strategic priorities and support the ongoing evolution of our recently implemented Workday platform.


The Service Line (About)

Our Workday Support Team was established to drive the success of our Workday HCM and Financials implementation. We oversee project prioritisation, cross-functional decision-making, data standardisation, issue resolution, release management, and provide strategic direction for ongoing support and optimisation.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Workday HCM modules

  • Provide Workday system support via the ticketing system, including ticket prioritisation, resolution development, testing and communication back to end users.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather business requirements, troubleshoot issues, develop functional specifications for system fixes and enhancements and implement solutions.

  • Participate in continued Workday feature release updates, assessing impacts to the business and executing system testing.

  • Develop and maintain clear system documentation, including process flows and configuration guides

  • Access to opportunities for further Workday training and certification


Skills/Attributes Required:

  • Proven experience in supporting and configuring Workday HCM modules

  • Knowledge of HR business processes

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in large, complex environments

  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Experience with HCM integrations highly regarded

  • Workday HCM certifications highly regarded

  • Experience in the professional services industry preferred but not essential
