The opportunity
Silverchain are actively recruiting a Community Enrolled Nurse for our Home Care Package service, this service is predominantly wound care and Catheter care. You will attend meetings and restock at our base Osborne Park. Your first week of training will take place at Osborne Park also. The role will see you out and about in the community in suburbs such as, but not limited to, Ashfield, Bassendean, Bedford, Caversham, Leederville, Malaga, North Perth, The Vines, West Perth, Woodbridge. You will have option of pool vehicle or home garaged vehicle OR a salary packaged vehicle.
These roles offer the opportunity to work in the community under the clinical direction of the Registered Nurse, you will have the flexibility to work 5 days per week, Monday – Friday, from 7.30am - 3.30pm
Key Responsibilities
You will have 2+ years Post Grad Enrolled Nursing experience. Using your exceptional assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills, you will provide an optimum standard of best care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes
About you
- Medication competent HLTEN507 A/B/C is essential and must be provided
- 2+ years Post Grad broad experience in an Enrolled Nurse role
- Current Registration with the AHPRA
- Community Care experience will be highly regarded
- Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
- Excellent Communicational skills both Verbal and written
- A current driver’s licence
