Summary of Duties
Provide a well-maintained building with excellent customer service for ministry needs. Collaborate with the Facility Director to maintain the building’s appearance and function.
Essential Functions
- Maintain public and staff spaces
- Follow Maintenance requests
- Complete projects on time and budget
- Coordinate with other maintenance staff on projects
- Partner with Facilities Director to ensure facilities coverage in case of emergency
- Assist Facilities team with requests and projects
- Attend staff and department meetings and training as necessary
- Help facilities team with other projects as needed setups and cleaning
- Be able to operate CTK vehicles to work at other sites
Requirements
- At least 1 year prior experience in maintenance field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to be thorough and efficient in assigned work
- Basic to intermediate level of knowledge in maintenance procedures and equipment
- Basic knowledge of computer use and Google Suite
- Ability to lift 50 Lbs regularly and learn how to use tools and equipment that is needed to complete work
