Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Contractor Statistical Programmer to provide statistical programming expertise and operational support for our late-stage clinical development programs. The successful candidate will support Phase 3 clinical studies and contribute to Real-World Evidence (RWE) initiatives.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Assist in data preparation and statistical analysis under the guidance of senior team members
- Support the development and validation of statistical programs in languages such as SAS or R
- Participate in the creation of statistical reports and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns in datasets
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes and ensure data integrity across projects
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a statistical programmer in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details. Demonstrated expertise in Phase 3 study programming and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of ICH guidelines, CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM), and regulatory submission requirements.
- Experience with Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies preferred.
- Prior work in retinal diseases or ophthalmology preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
