Lamont Financial Group is hiring a Client Service Specialist to work in our Mason City West and Clear Lake Office. This full-time position provides the highest quality of customer service along with accuracy and precision in all aspects of account management service to Financial Services customers. Candidates must possess a high-level of personal accountability, strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet clients and answers telephone with a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and effectiveness.
- Schedule and prepare for client meetings.
- Ensure proper, organized, and complete documentation in client files.
- Set up new client accounts with a high degree of accuracy and completeness.
- Review daily transactions for accuracy and monitor transactions.
- Demonstrates knowledge of regulatory requirements and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in a business office preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to travel between two work locations as needed
- Internet and PC proficiency; ability to learn, understand, and assimilate new technology knowledge.
