Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate high-end lighting components using manual mills, lathes, and hand tools.
- Interpret technical drawings with accuracy and craftsmanship in mind.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to uphold our aesthetic and structural standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Innovate and troubleshoot as needed—without shortcuts, without complaints.
- Contribute to a respectful and driven team environment.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5+ years experience in metal fabrication, machining, or a related trade.
- Proficiency in manual mills and lathes; CNC experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience working with brass, bronze, aluminum, and steel.
- A serious work ethic with a lighthearted attitude.
- Passion for the heritage of craft and a willingness to grow with the company.
