We have an exciting opportunity to join our CDMO team as a Media Manager assisting the team in the management for all paid media across L’Oréal with direct responsibility of maximizing media channel effectiveness, reporting and to drive revenue, and business growth.ABOUT THE JOBCollaborate closely with the media agency to ensure high-quality, day-to-day execution of performance media campaigns, adhering to global standards.Key contributor to the annual media negotiations process with the agency, including deal setup and innovation agenda for key partners. Manage the setup and integration of key media technology partners.Lead media finance for CDMO, establishing processes and ensuring all new vendors and purchase orders align with the media budgetOversee all media auditing tasks for internal control and zone, including annual performance and bi-annual compliance audits.Lead KPI assessment reporting required for agency reviews, including performance analysis and scorecardreportingAct as the key contact for media and advocacy ways of working. establishing new processes with relevantinternal and external partners.Manage social implementation requests, including new pages, pixels, app setup, troubleshooting, and auditing from zone and global teams.Oversee the governance of retail media norms, lead the fair value process for internal approvals, and serve as the key contact for major retailers regarding retail media activation and planning.Collaborate with Commercial teams to construct and lead retailer Joint Business Plans that involve media input, developing clear KPls and priorities.ABOUT YOUPrior experience within a Similar Media/ marketing roleA solid understanding of performance channels, including paid search (Google Ads) and Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram).Experience with Data Analysis Tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, or other marketing analytics platforms to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. You have excellent relationship building skills and can communicate across all levels of the business.You are driven and a self motivated to achieve results ABOUT THE PERKSLife insurance and Income Protection Hybrid working environment.
