Position Summary

The Senior DevOps Developer is responsible for implementing and managing the integration of development and operations processes with a strong focus on QuickBase applications, AWS infrastructure, and the Forms on Fire mobile platform.

This role requires expertise in QuickBase development and automation, AWS services, and mobile form solutions. Familiarity with additional tools such as mailparser.io and generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT) is preferred. The Senior DevOps Developer will drive automation, streamline processes, and ensure that systems remain secure, resilient, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain pipelines and automate processes to support efficient software development and deployment.

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure software is designed for high availability, scalability, and maintainability.

  • Oversee infrastructure to ensure functionality, security, and efficiency.

  • Build tools to reduce errors and improve user experience.

  • Develop integrations with internal back-end systems.

  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors.

  • Design procedures for troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • QuickBase Certified Expert Builder (Pipeline Certification preferred).

  • Minimum 3+ years of QuickBase Development experience.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and services.

  • Familiarity with mobile form solutions such as Forms on Fire.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Physical Demands

  • Light Work: Lifting of 20 lbs. or less.

  • Medium Work: Lifting of 50 lbs. or less (occasional).

  • Activities may include standing, sitting, walking, reaching, handling, and occasional bending or stooping.
