Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across Arizona, primarily within the Greater Phoenix Metroplex. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience managing people and subcontractors, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, clients, and internal teams. This role requires regular travel within the state of Arizona, as needed.
Pay rate: 55,000 annually
The pay listed is the salary range or rate for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consistent updates and a high level of service.
• Develop and deliver clear, concise project communication — via email, written reports, and verbal presentations.
• Maintain highly organized records, schedules, and documentation for all assigned projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Work closely with internal leadership to drive project success and profitability.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
• Represent the company with professionalism at all times, both onsite and during client interactions.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in facility services, construction, general contracting, or related industries.
• Strong experience managing people, subcontractors, and vendors.
• High-level organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Technologically proficient — able to work with project management software, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to write clean, concise emails and deliver polished presentations.
• Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general construction, and facility service work.
• Ability to speak knowledgeably and clearly about technical topics to clients and team members.
• Willing and able to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working within janitorial services for multi-site facility operations.
