Qualifications
Required
- Master's degree.
- Five (5) years of experience in teaching, school counseling, supervision, or administration in a related specialty.
- Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
- Postgraduate educational license with endorsement(s) appropriate to assignment.
- Knowledge of methods, materials, practices, procedures, and programs of the education field to which assigned.
- Knowledge of related laws, regulations, and policies.
- Ability to plan, manage, and supervise programs.
- Ability to effectively lead teams in multiple projects.
- Ability to plan and conduct in-service and professional development activities.
- Capacity to establish and maintain collaboration working relationships across the Division.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, provide professional development, and/or present information to groups.
- Proficiency in the use of technology and data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Preferred
- Endorsement in administration and supervision PreK-12.
