  • Arrange work plan for procurement planning section.
  • Build good relationship with vendor.
  • Represent Procurement to receive requisitions form from user.
  • Responsible to manage, monitor, and evaluate the internal processes to achieve continual improvement.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of overall policies and procedures.
  • Perform budget stock & non-stock request validation received by procurement support.
  • Provide advice and input to user about materials needed based on price evaluation.
  • Analyze and set up financial estimation for the overall needs of the Business Unit (e.g., price estimation, alternative vendors, specification variance, budget usage).
  • Conduct vendor evaluation and provide further suggestion for vendor continuance/change required and/or adjustment.
  • Evaluate & monitor vendor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations & to determine need for changes.
  • Management Support Activities:
    • Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
    • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
    • Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
    • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Education Requirement

·Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)

Work Exposure/ Experience

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Senior Staff, or  
  • Minimum 4 years working experience
