About Us: At Greenwood Project, we are dedicated to breaking down barriers and empowering Black and Latino undergraduate students to thrive in the financial services industry. Our mission is to provide social, academic, and aspirational capital to our scholars, ensuring talented individuals have the opportunity to shape the future of finance. Our scholars prepare for a summer year internship by embarking on a learning journey that will prepare them for many roles within the financial services industry.
We are currently recruiting for the summer of 2027. You can apply if you are a Sophomore graduating in 2028.
Upon acceptance, you will complete a comprehensive training program. Hands-on experience will give you invaluable insights into various aspects of finance, preparing you for a potential 10-week internship placement with our esteemed partner firms. Candidates must understand that training and internships are not guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned tasks and projects to demonstrate your understanding and proficiency in financial services concepts within the given timeline and deadlines within the program.
- Engage in guided training sessions tailored to your chosen career track and major.
- Participate in networking events, mentorship programs, and growth opportunities to expand your professional network and enhance your career trajectory.

- Enrolled as a Sophomore (2028) in a relevant major (Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Corporate Risk, Political Science, Operations, and Sales).
- Commitment to excellence, integrity, character, and collaboration.
- Highschool Transcripts must be provided at the time of application.
- To be considered for the program, a student must have a GPA at or above 3.2. If a student's GPA is below 3.2 but above 3.0, we require the candidate to submit a personal essay. Any student below 3.0 will not be considered
