We are looking for a Real Estate Broker to join our boutique team.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in the luxury real estate market, strong commercial skills, and the ability to connect with high-net-worth clients through trust, professionalism, and discretion. Experience in new developments will be highly valued, as well as a technical background in architecture, real estate or related fields.
Responsibilities
· Represent Driven Properties in the commercialization of prime and luxury residential properties, including new developments.
· Advise high-net-worth and international clients throughout the entire sales process, ensuring excellence and discretion at every stage.
· Actively source new product (listing acquisition) and maintain a network of potential clients, investors and industry contacts.
· Conduct market research, prepare pricing analyses and develop tailored commercial proposals for clients and developers.
· Negotiate transactions with precision and professionalism, always safeguarding the client’s interests and the company’s reputation.
· Diligently register, track and report all activities in the CRM, following internal protocols and ensuring full traceability of the sales funnel.
· Collaborate with marketing and management to improve processes, optimize lead conversion, and strengthen Driven’s boutique positioning.
Requirements
· Previous experience in luxury real estate sales or related high-end sectors (art, hospitality, private banking, etc.).
· Knowledge of new development sales processes (highly valued).
· Technical training in architecture, real estate, engineering, or similar fields (a plus).
· Strong commercial and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term trust with clients.
· Bilingual Spanish–English (fluency required). Other languages are a plus (French, Italian, Arabic, Russian, etc.).
· International profile or experience working with global clients.
· Entrepreneurial, proactive and results-driven mindset.
· Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
