JOB TITLE: Recruiting Coordinator

REPORTS TO: HR Recruiting Specialist

DIVISION: Human Resources

CLASSIFICATION: Seasonal – Fixed Term/ Full-Time/ Hourly

PAY RATE: $22.00/hr

September - December 31, 2025

POSITION:

Solitude is looking for a talented recruiting coordinator to help with Department screening in specific positions posted. Close to our winter season, Solitude has a large influx in applicants.  To show our applicants we respect their time and interest for applying to a role, the recruiting coordinator would reach out to all applicants within a timely manner to help the hiring manager. This position is hybrid where some days are worked onsite at Solitude and other days worked from home.

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have recruiting or administrative support experience
  • Knowledgeable of HRIS system Workday and candidate management systems – preferred
  • Learn and implement human resource policies and practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (in person, online, phone)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Willing to work remote and onsite when needed

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assess incoming resumes
  • Screen applicants from posted job requisitions
  • Maintain hiring and interview records
  • Conduct interviews by phone or Teams
  • Customize Screening templates
  • Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment
  • Refers appropriate candidates to hiring manager/supervisor
  • Verify qualifications with hiring manager
  • Follow up with candidates via message templates on status
  • Have direct communication with hiring manger and update on interview process
  • Schedule multiple interviews using Calendly or an organized scheduling system
  • Assist HR team with issuing employee benefits and uniforms along with other tasks requested by supervisor/manager
