Job Summary

We are embarking on an exciting chapter of expansion — including a new Texas facility, a growing customer base, greater operational complexity, and the implementation of a new ERP system. To support this growth, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Business Process & ERP Transformation to lead enterprise-wide process optimization and ensure our systems deliver the operational and financial insights necessary for smart, scalable growth.

This senior leader will play a pivotal role in standardizing, enhancing, and enforcing business processes across all departments. With deep ERP expertise in a manufacturing environment, this individual will identify process gaps, implement best practices, and align systems with business needs. This is a high-impact position, shaping not only the ERP transition but also the long-term efficiency and consistency of our operations.

Why This Role is Critical

By joining us before ERP vendor selection, this leader will:

· Gain an in-depth understanding of current operations and process inefficiencies.

· Partner with our existing ERP resource to drive immediate improvements and ensure ERP best practices are applied from day one.

· Develop and enforce SOPs, training programs, and governance standards to create a sustainable framework for long-term success.

· Lead a smooth and effective ERP implementation that delivers lasting value.

Responsibilities & Duties

· Assess business needs, define system requirements, and design solutions that enable scalable growth.

· Oversee ERP system selection, implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancements.

· Align processes with operational goals by bridging IT/ERP capabilities and operational requirements.

· Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.

· Continuously evaluate and enhance business processes (Production, Warehousing, Supply Chain, etc.) to drive operational excellence and cost-effectiveness.

· Lead cross-functional project teams for system rollouts, upgrades, and key process changes.

· Develop and deliver SOPs, training programs, and end-user documentation for all ERP-related processes.

· Act as primary liaison with ERP vendors for issues, enhancements, and customizations.

· Ensure data integrity through strong governance, standardized processes, and security protocols.

· Monitor process compliance across the organization, providing coaching and accountability to departmental leaders.

Benefits

  • Complete insurance package that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance.

  • Several low-cost supplemental plans.

  • 401(k) with up to a 4% employer match.

  • Paid holidays and generous paid time off.

  • A variety of bonus opportunities including attendance and referral programs.

  • Numerous employee appreciation events throughout the year.

Qualifications

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field preferred.

· 5–7 years of ERP leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred).

· Proven track record in leading ERP implementations and business process transformations.

· Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

· Skilled in influencing and guiding cross-functional teams through change.

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data quality.

Travel Requirements

· Travel as needed to company facilities, vendor locations, and project sites.

This is more than an ERP leadership role — it is a transformative position with the authority and visibility to shape how our company operates for years to come. If you are a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and business growth, we invite you to join us in building the operational foundation for our next chapter of success.
