Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with PGC standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests in the bar and lounge areas.
• Manage bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, and mixers.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Routinely act as Server/Bartender.
• Must be available to work some holidays and weekends.
• Resolve member concerns and complaints professionally.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of work areas and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Complete additional assignments as instructed by the Clubhouse Director and F&B Manager.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Must be 21+ with an OLCC permit and food handler card (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred + Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and image at all times.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background check per county and state law.
