The Rental Repair Tech is responsible for explaining all services offered by the Repair Shop to Guests. Safely performing repairs and tunes on the Rental Shop fleet and Guest equipment. Properly setting up Guests on demo fleet equipment, process sales and answer questions about Arizona Snowbowl.
Qualifications
Essential Job Functions:
- Uphold Snowbowl policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Safely work with various cleaning/repair products used in maintaining the facility
- Properly operate all equipment in the shop including, but not limited to, grinder, hot waxers, extruders, and hand tools
- Maintain tools and supplies in the shop
- Ability to maintain attention to detail at all times
- Perform basic tunes and repairs on all forms of equipment
- Perform advanced tunes and repairs with direct supervision of the Repair Supervisor
- Ability to ring sales on the register, collect appropriate monies and make changer per company cash handling controls
- Accurately complete the daily sales forms, deposits, receipts, and review with the cash control department
- Ability to lift weights of up to 20 pounds overhead
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a neat and orderly shop as well as putting tools away
- Shovel snow as required
- Any other reasonable tasks and duties as assigned for the success of company wide operations
