Vendor Claims Analyst
A Vendor Claims Analyst is responsible for managing and submitting claims to vendors to ensure the company receives proper reimbursement for activities such as promotions, marketing, price protection, and rebates. They monitor vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and work to minimize financial risk while maximizing company profit.
Key responsibilities include:
Apply and submit claims correctly: ensure all financial claims are prepared and sent to vendors according to required formats and deadlines.
Reconcile vendor accounts: perform account analyses and reconciliations to make sure everything balances.
Resolve claim issues: research and fix discrepancies or denied claims, escalating unresolved problems to management.
Support overall operations: maintain a general understanding of the business beyond vendor claims.

Entry-level candidates (0–1 year of experience), high school required; associate degree preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
