- Program Leadership: Lead, plan, and execute programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects, ensuring that they align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and team members, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Project Oversight: Oversee project managers in the execution of their projects, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage program resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and materials, to ensure successful delivery of program objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues associated with program delivery, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive communication with stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking: Define program metrics, monitor performance against established KPIs, and report on progress to senior leadership. Make data-driven decisions to enhance program outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate program performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall results.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including plans, reports, and communication materials, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the program lifecycle.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field;
- 15+ years of experience in program management or project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)) are a plus.
- Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to the organization’s sector.
