As of now we are looking for our headquarter in Bremen for a Global Business Development Manager (m/f/d) - Industrial Microbiology
Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ISO and GMP regulations, validation processes, and global account management, combined with a proven track record in sales, training, and strategic leadership. The individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth in the non-clinical microbiology sector, developing market strategies, and fostering relationships with clients, R&D teams, and senior management. Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry experts, and regulatory bodies.
- Strategic Growth & Sales: Lead business development efforts, identify new market opportunities, build new campaigns with geo-center managers or regional managers, and execute strategies to expand our global reach.
- Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with R&D and executive management to align business objectives with technological advancements.
- Motivational Business Development: Foster a culture of excellence, encouraging innovation, teamwork, and high performance within the organization.
- Sales Training & Support of Marketing: Support training programs for sales teams and distributors to enhance their product knowledge and selling capabilities. Support marketing by creating new publications.
- International visits of Conferences, Trade Shows and Key Customers
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in microbiology or Biotechnology, on top basic Business qualification or an additional degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in food and pharma microbiology, ISO and GMP compliance.
- Experience in service and instrument sales.
- Proven project management skills with a track record in business development, sales strategy, and training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across different teams and international markets.
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop competitive strategies, and drive revenue
