Our Jewellery Team plays a vital role in preparing vintage and antique jewellery for our online marketplace. The team works collaboratively to ensure every piece is accurately assessed, processed, and listed, helping these unique items find their next home. About the role:
As a Jewellery Lister, you’ll be responsible for sorting and listing vintage and antique jewellery on our online marketplace. You'll support the department by ensuring products are accurately described, categorised, and uploaded using internal tools and templates. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with an eye for detail, a passion for vintage items, and the ability to work efficiently across repetitive tasks. You’ll collaborate with team members to help maintain listing targets and support the overall flow of jewellery stock through our systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Sort and group jewellery items ready for listing on our internal systems.
- Create accurate and compelling listings that reflect the quality, style, and condition of each item.
- Upload listings and imagery using our internal platforms, ensuring correct categorisation and tagging.
- Keep product records updated and assist in tracking listing progress.
- Support the jewellery team with general stock handling and admin tasks as needed.
- Flag any issues with products, listings, or system processes to relevant team members.

An interest in vintage and antique jewellery, with a good eye for detail.- Strong written communication and ability to follow house style and listing guidelines.
- Ability to stay accurate and focused when working with high volumes of stock.
- Basic experience using computers and listing platforms; Excel familiarity is a bonus.
