About the Role:
You’ll join the agency as a Client Partner, overseeing the global media and data team’s output and driving excellence across the Opella business. As a media specialist, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, integrated work, motivating and anchoring the team to a higher purpose. You will set the standard for leadership across all disciplines, providing perspective, prioritisation, and mature direction in everything you do.
A critical part of the role is ensuring ruthless organisation and operational discipline, particularly when managing complex global accounts. You will be responsible for putting in place and maintaining the right operating models—people, platforms, and processes—to ensure seamless day-to-day delivery and long-term success. Your ability to make independent decisions and confidently represent the account with senior leadership will be essential as you take ownership of all aspects of delivery.
You will also be expected to drive innovation that enhances client performance and develop processes that improve team operations. You’ll be joining and leading a talented team that values new ideas, delivers great work, and enjoys the process along the way.

Flexible Working
At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
