About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work closely with our ecosystem partners to drive lead generation and build a strong sales pipeline. The SDR will identify, qualify, and nurture leads from our partner network, leveraging partner resources and relationships to expand business opportunities.
This is a tremendous learning opportunity for the right candidate, as you will work closely with both sales and marketing, and for the bigger deals, with senior executives.
You Will:
Research and identify target accounts across enterprise and mid-market segments in assigned territories (Chicago & San Francisco).
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, events).
Qualify inbound leads and set up discovery meetings for Account Executives.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and messaging to drive engagement.
Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota targets.
Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights with sales, marketing, and product teams.
You Have:
Proven track record of successful collaboration with partners to generate leads.
Experience using Outreach, Sales Navigator, Apollo (or any other lead data platform).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a strong customer-centric approach.
The ability to evangelize Skyflow’s value proposition.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and lead tracking tools.
Experience working with customers and explaining Skyflow's offering.
Experience in a sales or lead generation role within a B2B IT sales environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Interest in healthcare, financial services, and technology products; a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
Comfortable making cold calls to prospective customers daily.
Experience using Outreach is a nice-to-have.
