THE GIG:

We’re looking for a dynamic Client Experience Host to be the face of DivaDance! If you have sales experience (fitness sales is a bonus 💪), love connecting with people, and thrive in a high-energy, fun environment, this role is for you. You’ll guide clients from their first hello to becoming a DivaDance regular, making every experience memorable. 🌟

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients with warmth and positivity, in-person and online

• Conduct needs assessments and recommend classes & membership packages

• Convert leads into booked classes and memberships through personalized sales conversations

• Manage client communications (calls, emails, social media)

• Support class operations: check-in, studio setup, and assist instructors

• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on potential leads

• Create a fun, inclusive, and empowering environment that reflects DivaDance’s brand

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience; fitness/wellness sales preferred

• Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable with CRM systems and tech tools

• Energetic, positive, outgoing personality

• Passion for dance, fitness, or wellness is a plus

HOURS, COMPENSATION, LOCATION:

We are looking for you to host 1-2 classes per week - mornings, evenings and possibly on weekends. You can expect to work at our studio in Westerville or Grandview and should have reliable transportation to get there for classes! Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Compensation is $15 per class +10% of sales + free dance classes!
