Our program team provides you with the platform and dedicated support you need to thrive in your career and make a significant impact immediately within your role.
Before joining Marsh, you'll choose between two career paths – Client Management or Risk Practices. During the interview process, you'll further explore our career paths and rank our business groups to help us determine your preferred role and placement. We'll guide you through the application and interview process with micro-learning sessions to help you understand each role and begin shaping your career. After the final round of interviews, if you're selected for an offer, we'll match you with a placement that aligns with your interests, skills, and availability. While we strive to accommodate your preferences, it's important to note that placements are not guaranteed and dependent on business needs, so flexibility is key.

The Team.
At Marsh, our teams are integral in helping clients manage and reduce risks in real-world scenarios like medical pandemics, music festival liabilities, and financial scandals. As part of our team, you'll collaborate with clients to assess risks, build relationships with insurance companies, and secure competitive insurance quotes using your negotiation skills. By doing this, you'll make a significant impact in helping our clients minimize their overall risk costs in today’s world.
Your Role.
You’ll be aligned to a specific business group and work hands-on on an account team to make an impact.
As an Account Specialist working within our client management career path:
You'll be a client expert, responsible for retaining existing clients, acquiring new business, and providing day-to-day account services.
Potential business placements include Asia Client Services, Corporate, and Global Risk Management (GRM).
As an Associate Broker working within our risk practices career path:
You'll be a product specialist with technical knowledge of risks and insurance coverage products, handling interactions with insurance markets and clients.
Potential business placements include Casualty, Property, and Qualified Solutions Group (QSG) OR Specialties Groups: Construction, Credit, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and more.
A TYPICAL DAY COULD INCLUDE:
Partnering with Account Executives and Brokers to create innovative strategies and marketing plans for renewing current business and attracting new opportunities.
Evaluating insurance quotes and comparing coverage offerings for our clients
Negotiating terms and coverages with underwriters
Creating and expanding benchmarking reports
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and global insurance markets
Preparing presentations for client and or prospect/meetings
Developing and presenting internal and external renewal strategy documents
Working closely with senior colleagues on high-level projects
Building a network of colleagues at all levels of the organization
Collaborating with peer and/or senior-level mentor

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Current Seniors with an expected graduation date between December 2025 to June 2026
Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application and start date
All majors considered
Must have legal work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future, in other words, you must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Green Card holder at the time of application

The applicable base salary for this role is $68,000 - 80,000, depending on the successful candidate location.
