About the Team – Product Strategy
The Product Strategy Team leads the end-to-end strategy for AIRS Medical’s product lifecycle, grounded in a deep understanding of the global healthcare market, medical systems, and emerging technology trends.
We focus on maximizing both clinical value and business impact through:
- Market analysis and competitive landscape evaluation
- Regulatory and policy review
- Product planning and lifecycle management
- Go-to-market strategies tailored to each country and customer segment
- Product launch management and roadmap design aligned with company vision
We collaborate closely with clinicians, R&D teams, sales and marketing, and global partners to ensure AIRS Medical products deliver meaningful change in healthcare worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Clinical support across the full product lifecycle
- Define clinical requirements, validate data, perform annotation/labeling, and support clinical evaluation throughout product development.
- Build and deliver clinical value
- Establish strong clinical evidence for our products and effectively communicate this value to customers to build trust and credibility.
- Bridge stakeholders with clinical expertise
- Collaborate with Product Managers, AI Engineers, hospitals, clinicians, and external partners to close the gap between clinical practice and technology/business needs.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Deep medical expertise – Strong understanding of medicine, especially radiology and MRI, with proven clinical experience
- Problem-solving mindset – Ability to analyze complex issues, identify key insights, and execute solutions with speed
- Global communication skills – Comfortable working across medical, technical, and business domains, with clear English communication
Nice to Have
- Licensed healthcare professional (MD, nurse, radiologic technologist, etc.)
- Experience as a clinical expert in AI/Software Medical Device (SaMD) development projects
- Understanding of global healthcare industry and regulatory frameworks
- Strong network with leading clinicians and researchers in major hospitals
