The purpose of this role is handle HRBP responsibilities reporting to Head of HRBP for BBRC. This role will work closely with operating unit heads and other stakeholders to drive HR agenda for business and to manage employee cycle management, performance management, talent management and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering and compensation and benefits preferred from a Pharma / R&D industry.
- Partner with business leaders and cross functional teams to design and align on people strategy and programs.
- Execute full employee life cycle including engagement, talent management, performance management and L&D initiatives.
- Conduct regular touch points with employees and drive focus group, skip level meetings and provide employee pulse to client on real-time basis.
- Possess strong analytical knowledge and provide insights on Business and HR Data
- Collaborate with central HR team and provides support in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, resource planning, objective setting, Performance Management, L&D, Rewards and Recognitions, Succession planning, Talent Management, etc.,
- Lead in resolving and communicating HR-related compliance matters, policy rollouts.
- Build strong relationships and influence with different levels of stakeholders in the organization to achieve results.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters.

Education
- Preferably a MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute
Industry Experience
- Minimum 8 – 12 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Business Partnering and compensation and benefits preferred from a Pharma / R&D company.
