We’re the people partner for a digital consultancy known for producing award-winning digital campaigns across SEO, outreach, digital PR, and content. We’re helping them find their first-ever Junior Content Writer — someone who can craft words with clarity and purpose, is curious about digital marketing, and wants to grow in a supportive, fast-moving environment.
The role:
This is a rare opportunity to learn the craft of paid media from experienced professionals. You'll support the setup, implementation, optimisation, and reporting of performance-led campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and growth for well-known Australian and global brands, from ecommerce to retail. The day-to-day is varied: one moment you're building a new campaign in Google Ads; the next, you're analysing data in Looker Studio or A/B testing ad creative in Meta Ads Manager.
What you’ll be doing:
Set up and launch paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, ensuring all tracking and targeting is correctly implemented.
Monitor daily campaign performance, checking budget pacing, bid strategies, and key performance indicators.
Optimise campaigns based on data insights, adjusting bids, audiences, and placements to improve performance.
Conduct A/B tests on different ad creatives, headlines, and calls-to-action to identify winning combinations.
Analyse campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager, creating reports and dashboards in tools like Looker Studio.
Contribute to the creation of compelling ad copy and participate in brainstorms for new campaign ideas.
Assist with various tasks to support the smooth running of client accounts, such as preparing reports and communicating updates to the team.
Stay aware of platform changes and industry trends, identifying new opportunities to improve campaign performance.
What we’re looking for:
This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone finishing university or early in their career. You don’t need loads of experience — we’ll teach you the technical skills. What matters is your curiosity, your organisation, and your ability to learn quickly and follow through.
