- Deliver standout customer service to our amazing nurses from first call to contract
- Build, engage, and manage a pipeline of high-quality travel nurses ready for adventure
- Guide candidates through screening, onboarding, compliance, and documentation
- Work closely with your teammates to convert client demand into successful placements
- Stay sharp on systems, updates, and improvements — your detail matters
- Bring passion and positivity to every interaction
