ABOUT US

The Salvation Army is a Christian movement and one of Australia's largest and most-loved charities.  We believe in doing good that transforms lives and futures for the better.  It is this belief which drives us to find new ways and places where we can make a difference. From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here — providing support, safety, community, and opportunity.

The Leeton Tip Shop is a unique enterprise where sustainability, stewardship, community and connection meet daily.

Are you ready to join a movement that turns donations into opportunities, and discarded things into reimagined inspiration? The Salvation Army Leeton Tip Shop is calling YOU to be a part of our incredible team and make a real difference in the lives of others.

As a volunteer at our shop, you’ll help divert products destined for landfill and reimagine how they can be purposed. From furniture to building materials, toys to toasters, garden supplies to gates, our shop brings out the best of creativity in our customers. Every purchase supports the vital work of The Salvation Army in our region.

Forge meaningful connections with fellow staff members, volunteers and customers and experience the fun of working in a team dedicated to a common goal. Whether you are passionate about sharing your skills and knowledge, upcycling, recycling, merchandising, customer service, or community engagement, there is a role for you to belong here.

Join us in our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. By giving donated and reclaimed items a new lease on life, we're reducing waste, promoting reuse, and supporting a greener, more sustainable future for all.

Ready to become a part of The Leeton Tip Shop team? Reach out to us today and discover how you can get involved, make a difference, and be a force for good in your community.

Join the Salvation Army and help us make a difference, one purchase at a time!
