We’re looking for a product designer who can translate complex, interconnected workflows into interfaces that feel effortless and precise. This role is about designing how intelligence reveals itself on the surface—how systems suggest, sequence, and adapt in ways that inspire trust and clarity. You’ll be crafting the scaffolding that enables teams to move faster and work smarter: building interfaces that cut through noise, highlight what matters, and give users confidence as they navigate sophisticated strategic environments.

You’re a seasoned pro—someone whose work reset expectations. You don’t simply refine interactions; you deconstruct and rebuild them stronger. You think in ecosystems, designing experiences that stretch beyond the screen and evolve over time. Your work has scaled, shifted behaviors, and redefined what users imagine possible.

You know art direction. You think in living systems and adaptive frameworks. You understand motion as a language, not decoration. You thrive on challenging assumptions, bringing bold aesthetics and inventive interaction models to life.

What you'll do

  • Distill multi-layered workflows into clear, intuitive user journeys
  • Lead & evolve modular, composable systems that scale intelligently.
  • Design for emerging behaviors. Build experiences that challenge existing paradigms and push new interaction models.
  • Prototype the future. Use motion, AI, and dynamic interfaces to communicate ideas in a tangible way.
  • Redefine the role of AI in design—co-design with it, thinking in prompts and generative models.
  • Shape product strategy. Work alongside PMs and engineers to align design decisions with evolving user needs.
  • Push accessibility beyond compliance. Advocate for experiences that redefine inclusivity.
  • Drive business impact. Advocate for solutions that aren’t just usable—they change markets.
  • Design high-fidelity interfaces that balance sophisticated functionality with visual craft
  • Collaborate with product teams to align capabilities with authentic user needs
  • Explore and prototype new paradigms in interaction and orchestration design
  • Contribute to a design language that communicates intelligence with clarity and confidence
  • Partner with motion and interaction designers to refine system behaviors and feedback loops

What You’ll Need

  • Substantial experience designing in product environments with emphasis on systems-level thinking and interface craft
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating clarity, usability, and visual sophistication
  • Ability to balance user-centered design principles with emerging AI-driven capabilities
  • Comfort working collaboratively with product, engineering, and research teams
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to articulate design rationale with precision and conviction

Nice to Have

  • Motion/interaction design sensibility (microinteractions, kinetic feedback, adaptive behaviors)
  • Experience with generative or adaptive UI systems
  • Comfort prototyping in tools like Framer, ProtoPie, or code
  • Curiosity about expressive interface design and "designing with intelligence"
