Overview:

At International Logic Systems (ILS), we are looking for an experienced HR Admin/Onboarding Coordinator who has experience working with HR Onboarding/Offboarding and mantaining HR Corporate records. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and tenacious enough to keep up with the challenging environment. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the employee onboarding process including creating personnel files, triggering background screenings, and checking new hire paperwork
  • Oversee termination process including termination paperwork, sending and retrieving exit surveys, and tracking effective dates, as appropriate
  • Identify and recruit qualified candidates for different roles across departments
  • Process, verify, and maintain all personnel related documentation
  • Administer employee benefits, such as medical, dental and other insurance
  • Work with Payroll administrator and ensure employees receive their pay on time
  • Prepare and circulate all notifications for new hires, terminations, transfers on the project
  • Maintain employee files and electronic files on Sharepoint, ensuring quality, completeness, and integrity of information and updated records
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department
  • Organize periodic performance appraisals for employees
  • Oversee personnel file archiving
  • Understand and communicate company policies to employees
Qualifications:

Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in IT, HR, communications, marketing, business or similar 
  • Atleast 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resource administration, with a strong focus on onboarding, coordination and employee lifecycle support.
  • Proven track records of managing onboarding including background checks, I-9 compliance, new hire documentation, orientation and system setup
  • Strong background in benefits adminstration, HR compliance, and internal HR communications.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proven work experience in HR related tasks
  • Hands-on experience with onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Ability to independently manage projects related to onboarding, performance reviews and HR Audits.
  • Experience using various Talent Acquisition Platforms (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, iCIMS, etc.) to source quality candidates when needed
  • Strong demonstrable skills utilizing Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Strong demonstrable skills using Adobe Suite products
  • Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network

MUST BE LOCAL TO DC METRO AREA (hybrid support - 3 days in ILS HQ office, located in Fairfax, VA 22033).
Must be able to be W2 employee; no C2C.
