About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems relevant to wholesale trade facilities.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards applicable to maintenance operations.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
