About the Role:
The Maintenance Supervisor in the wholesale trade industry is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations to ensure all equipment, machinery, and facilities are functioning efficiently and safely. Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems relevant to wholesale trade facilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards applicable to maintenance operations.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Certification in maintenance management or relevant industry certifications (e.g., OSHA, Certified Maintenance Manager).
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and inventory control software.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing diverse maintenance teams.
- Knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices within industrial or wholesale environments.
