The Director of Property Management ensures that housing properties owned by Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana are performing at optimal levels (including financial, physical plant and operating systems). The position provides supervision to VOAOHIN’s property management staff or third-party management services with a clear understanding of VOAOHIN’s mission, objectives and the communities’ economic and physical requirements.
This position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field. Five years multi-site property management experience required. Experience in compliance management of funding such as AHP, LIHTC and HOME.
This role will require at least 50% travel across Indiana & Ohio, including overnight stays and occasional travel outside of the state for training and development.
