    • Portfolio Manager - $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually, depending on experience, credentials, and qualifications.

    • 3 Revive & Renew (R&R) days – We understand the importance of unwinding and recharging, so these R&R days are loaded on the first of each year (prorated for new hires based on the quarter in which they’re hired).

Position Summary

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing client investment portfolios, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and families. This role involves direct client contact, including participation in meetings and presentations, as well as collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client investment portfolios to meet risk and return objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth portfolio analysis and rebalance asset allocations as needed.
  • Meet with clients to review portfolio performance and recommend adjustments.
  • Prepare and deliver investment presentations to small and medium-sized client groups.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, economic trends, and investment products.
  • Conduct and document due diligence on investment ideas, products, and portfolio construction ideas.
  • Stay informed about tax policy and legislation as it relates to tax efficient management of investment portfolios.
  • Collaborate with wealth advisors and other internal partners to deliver holistic solutions, including assisting in the presentation of financial plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field; CFA, CPA, or CFP designation preferred.
  • 2–5 years of investment management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships.
  • Advanced knowledge of investment products and portfolio construction.
