As a Process Improvement Analyst, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and transforming business processes across Comfort Medical. This role combines project management and process improvement to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and at the expected quality.
You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from defining objectives and engaging stakeholders to execution and change management. In close collaboration with Customer Experience & Operations, Order-to-Cash teams, and senior leadership across Comfort Medical and Coloplast, you will ensure projects align with strategic business goals and deliver measurable results.
Major Areas of Accountability
- Lead large scale transformation efforts focused on business improvement.
- Manage multiple process improvement projects concurrently through the full project lifecycle from planning, development, launch, monitoring, debrief facilitation to close out.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resource requirements and risk assessments.
- Create and maintain required project documentation and artifacts
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within defined constraints
- Track and report project progress to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
- Validate requirements through reviews and approvals and ensure requirements traceability through the project lifecycle
- Coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure requirements are met
- Lead process mapping sessions to document current and future state workflows using industry-standard methodologies
- Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Partner with business units to design optimized workflows that enhance productivity, and drive improved revenue outcomes
- Serve as a change agent to drive process improvements across the organization

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or project management
- Proven expertise in process mapping and modeling techniques
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
- Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Advanced skills with process mapping and project management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Six Sigma, or CBAP certification
- Knowledge of change management methodologies
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools

- Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $88,462 - $132,694. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
