We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Commercial Planning Analyst to join our Commercial Planning team.

This role will be part of the commercial planning team that produce budgets and forecasts for D&Gs growth plan, supporting its delivery and reporting on growth initiatives and prospects. As a graduate analyst you will analyse company data, focusing on initiatives and business reporting to assist in delivering the growth plan. Evaluate key business trends and provide insights to the commercial and finance functions, as well as monitoring and forecasting sales and demand. You will have a love for data and investigating patterns and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast business performance 

• Produce long-term budget models  

• Own and monitor daily reporting, flagging risks and opportunities. 

• Support business operations to maximise sales and improve cost per acquisitions. 

• Solve complex business issue, across operations, marketing and systems. 

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across D&G to implement financial and marketing plans. 

Skills and experience required:

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills 

• Strong interpersonal skills 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Graduated with a numerical degree or some other evidence of numerical background 

• Interest in data and problem solving

• Excellent attention to detail

• Problem solving and adaptable skills

• Capable of using excel and an interest in coding
