- Experienced in delivering outstanding customer service
- Determined and sales-driven, with a proactive approach
- Knowledgeable about legal requirements and store procedures
- Confident in IT systems and reporting
- A strong communicator, capable of motivating and guiding others
- Flexible with working hours, deadline-focused, and able to work well under pressure
- Competent to work independently and take initiative when needed
- Professional in supporting the store manager when required
- Keen to develop a career within the trade and food industry

Your Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and present the counter to the highest standard
- Prepare different cuts of meat and assist customers with product knowledge
- Support counter and pre-pack operations, including product sampling
- Carry out stock rotation, price reductions, and distribution of promotional material
- Receive deliveries and complete associated paperwork
- Maintain excellent hygiene standards through regular cleaning
- Undertake internal training to build skills and knowledge
- Provide support to the management function when required
