Salary: COR10 - £31,698 - £41,976 (DOE)

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract Type: 18-month fixed term

Base: Hybrid working (with regular travel as required)

About the role: Are you a systems expert ready to lead digital transformation across a dynamic organisation? Corserv Solutions is seeking a Lead Business Systems Development Officer to drive the development, optimisation, and governance of our core business applications.

 

Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM is essential — we’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in administering, configuring, and enhancing Oracle’s Human Capital Management platform to support strategic HR and business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead system change initiatives, from requirements gathering to release management.
  • Act as the technical lead for Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring system reliability, configuration, and performance.
  • Manage third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Drive user acceptance testing, training, and support across the business.
  • Champion continuous improvement and self-sufficiency in system usage.
  • Deliver upgrades and updates, ensuring maximum business benefit.
  • Maintain documentation, KPIs, and support materials to enhance system transparency and usability.

Essential Skills & Experience: 

  • Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM system administration.
  • Strong understanding of business systems, project lifecycles, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead projects and deliver measurable business improvements.
  • Experience in hybrid working environments and supporting system upgrades.

Desirable Skills & Experience: 

  • Configuration and management of enterprise software systems.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner).
  • Confidence in delivering user training and creating support documentation.
  • Interest in data analytics and reporting.
