Aeration + Seeding Technician at Senske Lawn & Landscape

Tasks

• Safely operates both ride-on and push behind aerators.
• Applies products and materials with accuracy and efficiency using push spreaders.
• Assist crew leaders and team in providing quality aeration and seed services.
• Keeps accurate treatment records.
• Helps customers understand services provided.
• Responds promptly to requests from office.
• Securely and safely maintains service vehicle, equipment, and materials.

Wage Range: $18.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is a hourly, non-exempt position.   

Must Haves: 

• Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving [preferred, not required]
• At least 18 years old or older [requirement to drive a company vehicle]
• Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires 
• Friendly and dedicated to great customer service 
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of a crew  
• Encourage a positive team atmosphere & willingness to help others
