Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM), previously branded as Finance & Operations (F&O), and a strong focus on overall D365 solution architecture and integrations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging their deep technical understanding of Dynamics 365 FSCM modules to optimize all modules within D365. This role will act as the strategic technical lead and trusted advisor, ensuring successful delivery of end-to-end ERP transformations aligned with business goals.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, with at least 5 years in a lead architect role for D365 FSCM.
- Proven expertise in enterprise architecture, solution design, and ERP implementation methodologies (e.g., Sure Step, Agile).
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations within D365.
- Experience with Power Platform, Azure Services, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Dataverse, as well as AWS.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in D365 FSCM is highly desirable.
- Ability to understand enterprise architectural concepts.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple work streams.
- Experience in multi-country, multi-entity ERP rollouts.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Background in enterprise-level integrations with third-party systems (3PL, EDI, TMS, etc.).
