POSITION SUMMARYRadiology Partners Information Technology Team seeks a motivated, high-performing Optimization Analyst responsible for supporting radiologists utilizing Radiology Partners IT system. Radiology Partners' IT responsibilities include troubleshoot, problem management, and resolving radiologists IT issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills. Using a proven healthcare services model, Radiology Partners provides consistent, high-quality care to patients, while delivering enhanced value to the hospitals, clinics, imaging centers and referring physicians we serve.  WHY RADIOLOGY PARTNERSCompetitive Benefits package – Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from. Compensation Reviews, Career Growth Opportunities Flexible Remote Schedules Generous PTO Plans and Paid Holidays Proudly Certified as a Great Place to Work for Five Consecutive YearsPOSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide problem support. Identify trends of recurring issues for clients, radiologists, and IT, and manage problems by working with internal and external resources to achieve excellent radiologist experience. ·Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to issues and possible problems not limited to software performance, and network connectivity, VPN tunnels and configurations, and other platforms utilized in imaging workflow. ·Responsible for IT activities related to processes of user access, incidents, service interruptions and planned downtimes; and documenting and communicating processes to IT to ensure consistent user experience ·Identify trends of recurring issues for clients, radiologists and IT, and manage problems by working with resources (internal and external) to achieve a permanent solution ·Ensure proper notification of ongoing issues to the team and radiologist any workaround solutions until a problem is resolved. ·Maintaining list of area issues, requests, and problems with excellence, responding with-in SLA and reporting overall status regularly. ·Work closely with internal IT teams to escalate complex issues and support coordination of larger projects such as system upgrades or network installations. ·Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions, and closing the loop to enhance radiologist experience.Provide on-call support as needed to resolve urgent technical problems in the field. ·Up to 25% travel, which includes driving and air transportation.DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Health Computer Science, Information Systems, or five years or more of diverse work experience in IT or related technology discipline preferred. ·Experience working with PACS, Radiology workflows, hardware, and networks. ·Prior experience supporting voice recognition systems (PowerScribe and/or Fluency). ·Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. ·Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. ·Experience with basic network troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi). ·Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems. ·Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. ·Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. ·Customer-service oriented and able to work effectively under pressure. ·Strong work ethic with the ability to self-start and work independently or as part of a diverse team. ·A fast learner that is adaptable to new technologies and applications. ·Possess a positive attitude and demonstrate honesty and integrity in all endeavors.Radiology Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
