The LYCRA Company is seeking a motivated Procurement Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the procurement department while gaining hands-on experience in supply chain and vendor management. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to build practical skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop a strong foundation for a future career in procurement and supply chain management.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and maintaining supplier information in the MDG system to ensure accuracy.
  • Be responsible for sorting, classifying and filing procurement-related documents (such as contract copies, order records, etc.) to ensure easy access to documents.
  • Handle basic daily tasks of the team, such as data entry, form sorting, preliminary checking of documents, follow-up communication and other daily tasks that are deemed. 
  • Cooperate with the procurement manager and team members to complete other supporting work such as (but not limited to) data analysis, reporting, compliance, and improvement.
  • Contact suppliers regarding quotations, purchase orders, order confirmations, and any other items that may be required.

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Admin, or a related field. 
  • Basic computer operation skills, familiar with Excel and other office software.
  • Accountable, detailed, responsible, and able to complete multiple repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and team spirit.
