Join AMG as a Product Manager, where you'll lead high-profile projects for some of the most iconic CPG brands in the U.S. From public-facing websites to internal platforms, you’ll drive experiences that blend strategic thinking, intuitive design, and business performance.
What You’ll Do
Lead Strategy & Vision
- Own and evolve the roadmap for AMG’s digital product ecosystem including platforms like ORA, Shop. Snap. Earn.℠, Utopia+, Performance & Insights, sweepstakes tools, loyalty programs, and our corporate website.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision, prioritize features, and align roadmaps with business and user objectives.
- Act as the voice of the product: championing user needs, driving clarity, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Drive Product Execution
- Translate business requirements into clear product documentation including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize a feature backlog; lead agile planning and release cycles.
- Collaborate closely with design, development, and analytics teams to ensure successful, on-time delivery of intuitive solutions.
- Support sprint ceremonies, remove blockers, and maintain momentum through iterative progress.
Design-Informed Thinking
- Partner with designers and developers to bring features to life through user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Leverage usability testing and stakeholder feedback to validate features and refine the product experience.
- Ensure alignment with design systems and accessible, user-friendly interfaces across devices and platforms.
Be a Trusted Partner
- Engage regularly with account leads, digital strategy, and analytics to align product direction with client goals.
- Contribute to ideation and discovery sessions that identify new product features, enhancements, and opportunities.
- Present milestones and roadmaps to internal leadership and client teams with confidence and clarity.
Stay Ahead of the Curve
- Monitor industry and tech trends in product development, UX, and digital marketing.
- Advocate for new tools, design patterns, or backend optimizations that can unlock value across the AMG product suite.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital product management or a related role.
- Proven success delivering products across the full lifecycle - from concept to launch and iteration.
- Familiar with Agile methodology and managing work using Jira, Workfront, or similar tools.
- Ability to draw insights from tools like Google Analytics and BI dashboards to guide product decisions.
- Skilled at translating business needs into compelling digital experiences with measurable results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with UX and accessibility principles, mobile and responsive design, and technical collaboration.
- Bonus: working knowledge of CMS environments, or customer engagement platforms.
- Bonus: experience with Figma, creating diagrams in LucidChart, and working with design systems.
